 A few good relaxation techniques can save your life, because stress is more than just unpleasant. It’s also dangerous to your health. Disciplined practices such as meditation can help relieve that stress, but what if you don’t have the time or motivation? 




These are the some steps that helps you to live a healthy and stress free life:


1. MEDITATION 


Meditation is  one of the effective step that reduce stress and make our mind healthy and fresh. it improve the mental abilities of person and with a healthy mind, we able to grow and work more without any stress.


2. BREAK REGULAR ROUTINES.
 

In this busy life, we all are bound with the daily schedule. People do not have time to do other activities and because of this most of the people suffer from stress, anxiety and depression. To avoid stress, we have to break our daily schedule and give some time to do things which we like to do. This step is very useful and effective to reduce stress.


3. TAKE A HOT SHOWER BATH.

Hot shower bath relax the muscle tension and help to reduce the mental stress. It improve the blood circulation in body and give a healthy sleep. with a healthy sleep, our mind don't have time to overthink and this process can reduce the stress.


4. SPEND TIME WITH FRIENDS.

Friends are the important part of the life. For a stress free life you need someone to talk, share your whole day schedule. Go out with friends and enjoy with them can reduce the stress and fill your mind with some positive thoughts and this helps you to live a stress free life.


5. TRY LAUGHING

As we all know that laughter is the best medicine to live a great life. This is a mental phenomena that laughing can reduce the problems and increase the positivity in mind. and with a positive mind, the person can easily overcome with the stress and laughing is work as a yoga. So always keep laughing whenever the situation getting worse. 


6. USE SOFT MUSIC.


Music is very useful to reduce stress. whenever a person face some negativity in mind, music work as a healer. So if you feel low, stressed and negative, listen soft music to get inner peace.


7. DO EXERCISE DAILY.

Exercise helps to make the body fit and a fit body have the ability to fight with the mental issues of the person. Do exercise which help to reduce the stress. There are several exercise which reduce the mental unfitness of  the mind. 


8.TAKE A DEEP BREATHE.

 Try five deep breathes through your nose. Close your eyes and pay attention only on your breathing while doing this you feel a peace in mind . It’s like a mini-meditation, and perhaps the most effective of the quick relaxation techniques.


9. DRINK WATER.


Drinking water daily is good for health. Water is essential for the body and it also glow the skin. It also reduce the mental stress and relax your nerves. Drink water for a better physical and mental health.


10. WALK ON GRASS.


Walk on grass daily because it improve the eye vision and provide mental peace to the mind. Its a natural technique to keep your mind healthy and also make you physically fit.

So these are the major techniques through which you can reduce you stress and live a healthy life. These simple tricks is not a time taking work , you can add these things in your daily schedule, so why not start with one or two of the simple relaxation techniques above?
